The National Maritime Center is dedicated in providing all Merchant Mariners their credentials in a timely manner.  Our Performance of the Mariner Credentialing Program documents our current throughput for issuing a credential. These reports show the NMC's performance in current inventory, throughput, and net processing time for Merchant Mariner Credentials. All reports are in PDF format.
