Sever Weather Procedures and Information

On occasion, it may be necessary for the Post Commander to delay or to cancel school because of inclement weather. Snow and ice may make it impossible for school buses to complete their normal routes. It also may be unsafe for students to walk. If a delay or cancellation occurs, you will receive an automated call. Be sure that the school has updated phone numbers.

Please make alternative arrangements for your children in the event that there is no one at home to meet them.

A typical delay will be two hours. As a result,

school will start at 10:30 instead of 8:30.
busses will also run 2 hours late.
Morning Pre- K and PSCD programs will not meet if there is a two hour delay.
