Appointment Process
We are committed to providing you with excellent care. We know your time is valuable and we will make every effort to see you in a timely manner. We will attempt to schedule you with the same provider at least 75% of the time. When making your follow-up appointment, let the clerk know whom you would like to see. If you are unable to see your primary provider, you will see a member of that providers’ team.
Acute care appointments are scheduled by the advice nurse with the provider that is assigned for the acute care clinic that day.
All patients are asked to report to the clinic 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. New OB appointments are a scheduled one-hour appointment. Return OB appointments are 15 minutes. Post partum appointments are 20 minutes.
