Volpe Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program
Overview:
- PMF has been the Federal government's premier leadership development program for over 30 years
- For individuals who are expected to graduate or have graduated within the last two years from a qualifying advanced degree program
- Improved application process is aligned with academic calendars, and the eligibility window for applicants has been expanded
- Once you become a PMF finalist, you are able to work in one of the many Federal agencies seeking the highly coveted PMFs

Eligibility Requirements:
- U.S. citizen
- Expected to complete all graduate degree requirements, including the completion or successful defense of any required thesis or dissertation (as required), during the upcoming academic year; OR completed an advanced degree from a qualifying college or university within the previous two years prior to the opening date of the announcement for the current application year
- Meet the qualification standards of the position
- Meet any agency-specific requirements identified in the job announcement
