Afghanistan Reports - AR 15-6 Findings and Recommendations – Human Rights Watch Report The International Community, including NATO, is helping the Afghan Government enhance security, improve governance and step up reconstruction and development. Progress in all three areas is essential in helping Afghanistan establish itself as a secure, stable country that poses no threat to itself or the International Community. These Annual Reports on Afghanistan are produced by NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division. They do not attempt to catalogue each and every activity being carried out by all international actors, individual nations and the Afghan Government. They do, however, offer a general look at progress in each of the three main lines of effort in which NATO - ISAF is involved, directly or in a supporting role: security, governance and development. The reports go beyond setting out only what NATO - ISAF has done; and attempt instead to provide the reader with a broader and more balanced picture, including both elements of progress and those areas in which more needs to be done. 2008 | | 2009 | ISAF News Releases |
