Former Plattsburgh Air Force Base transfers more than 500 acres for redevelopment - San Antonio, Texas - On July 17, the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) made significant progress towards completing the transfer of land that was once home to Plattsburgh AFB. With the Air Force signing the deed, a total of nearly 540 acres will be turned over to the Plattsburgh Airbase Redevelopment Corporation (PARC) for economic reuse.
