| Services Rendered |
| Our mission is to provide occupational health services to the Federal civilian employees and Active Duty located at Letterkenny Army Depot. |
|
| These services include medical surveillance, fitness for duty, preemployment, disability retirement, and termination physicals. We are equipped to do visual acuity tests, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function studies, and audiograms. We provide case management and treatment for line of duty injuries/illnesses. Immunizations are provided for those Federal workers required to go to OCONUS for TDY or PCS purposes. |

| After Duty Hours |
| The installation has 24-hour EMT services available. If on depot, dial 911. They are located in building 521 on the depot. |

| We do not see children, only Federal workers. |
|
| No Show Policy |
| If an employee misses an appointment, a notice is sent to their worksite stating they need to reschedule their appointment. If an employee misses three scheduled appointments, their name is given to the director and the installation Commander for correction of the problem. |
