City names new electric utility director The City of Edmond announcesd Monday the hiring of Tim Berringer to fill the position of director of the municipal electric utility, Edmond Electric. Berringer’s expected start date is by the end of September. The position was vacated in July when Charlie Burgett retired after leading the utility for 17 years.
