Victor Jeflea on receiving ‘Top Graduate’ honors during a graduation ceremony here Dec. 17. Cpl. Jeflea was among 25 graduates from USEUCOM’s Joint Deployment Interoperability and Readiness Training (JDIRT) program, from Nov. 1 Dec. 17 at Otopeni Airport here. JDIRT is a seven-week training program that focuses on increasing the force projection capability and interoperability of NATO and Global War on Terrorism coalition forces with U.S. forces. The curriculum focuses on three modules: hazardous materials, unit movement officer, and air load planning.
