HAMM, Belgium — Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Franklin Raasch, a bugler for the Sixth Fleet Ceremonial Band, plays "Taps" as U.S. military and foreign service representatives lay several wreathes at the General George S. Patton memorial park in Bastogne, Belgium. Dec. 18, 2004. The ceremony was one of many U.S. European Command members are participating in to remember the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II.
