BUCHAREST, Romania — Air Force Maj. Gen. Edward LaFountaine, director of U.S. European Command Logistics and Security Assistance Directorate, discusses joint deployment training issues with Romania Brig. Gen. Emanoil Ciocotea, director of logistics for Romanian Land Component Command, Dec. 17. Maj. Gen. LaFountaine and Brig. Gen. Ciocotea were distinguished guests in attendance for the Joint Deployment Interoperability and Readiness Training graduation ceremony, held Dec. 17 at Otopeni Airport here.
