Endoscope Repair Program

Flexible Endoscope The SDC Endoscope Repair Program offers VA medical centers and other Government agencies high-quality, timely service at excellent prices.  Since it began in 1991, this rapidly growing program has focused on meeting customer needs and achieving customer satisfaction.  Our commitment to customers is demonstrated every day by providing cost-saving strategies that guarantee superior results.  These strategies allow us to proudly provide typical savings over competitors’ prices by 15-40% for rigid endoscopes and 30-50% for flexible endoscopes!

DoD activities, please read the Army Operations Management Bulletin.  To make it easier to do business with SDC’s Bio-Medical Equipment Repair Program, quarterly reimbursement for services is available through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).  For more information, please call us at (708) 786-7502.

We make it simple and require a minimum of paperwork.  Please follow the steps listed below:

  • Please include minimum paperwork with the following information:

    Model, serial number, brief description of the problem and point of contact information for repair estimate approval
  • We will estimate the repair and contact you for approval or to answer any questions.
