By their very nature, they will contain information that is enduring in nature and thus will require less frequent updating." He also describes the importance of ADP/ADRP 4-0, Sustainment, as the Army's keystone sustainment doctrine, supporting and adding to ADP 3-0, Unified Land Operations.

Justin Gubler, TRADOC Capability director, argued that while they appreciate the new technology, it needs to be accessible for the boots-on-the-ground troops. Bandwidth is often an issue. "We have to have a certain amount of capability on the move that we can always use on the move," Grigsby said.
