Warfighter & Family Readiness
The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling provides all personnel (including active duty and retired military, reservists, DoD employees and family members) with a varied program of wholesome and constructive off-duty leisure activities that contribute to their quality of life while stationed here.
The Military and Family Support Center is an on-base social service agency whose goal is to improve the quality of life for the military member and family through counseling and assistance. MFSC is the first stop for singles and families seeking counseling or assistance with a personal or family matter. MFSC's free classes and seminars are also a great resource for self-improvement and military lifestyle education.
