Elrod, the first U.S. Navy ship to visit the Beninese capital in more than two years, recently completed a four day port visit to Cotonou. During the visit, which was led by Navy Lt. The games were designed to bring together more than 450 youths from the major southern Malian cities to compete in a variety of sporting events.
