Electronic Official Personnel Folder (E-OPF)

The “e-OPF” is like your paper OPF with one important difference. As a registered user, you may access the information in this OPF at any time you choose – the automated file room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The ARS Human Resources Division has begun pilot implementation of the e-OPF application. After completion of the pilot, we will begin a phased roll-out of the application to all of the REE Mission area.

1. Electronic Access to OPF

2. SF-50bs are received electronically from NFC

3. No more filing, copying, faxing and mailing OPFs

4. Access can be electronically controlled

5. Registered users are notified when documents are added to their folder

6. SF-50b’s can be reviewed electronically before filing in OPF
