Employee Benefits
The Government of Manitoba offers a comprehensive benefit package to its employees. A wide range of health benefits including medical, dental, vision care, extended health services plans and group life insurance. Employee benefits vary according to the type of appointment made (regular, part-time, contract, seasonal) and according to the collective agreement or terms and conditions of employment in effect for the particular occupational group.
