Aboriginal Management Development Program (AMDP)

The Aboriginal Management Development Program is a two-year equity program to train and develop Aboriginal civil service employees in order that they may successfully compete for professional and managerial career opportunities within the civil service. AMDP is a partnership between the Civil Service Commission and participating departments. This program is unique in its approach to career development as it provides support through an assigned coach, departmental contact and corporate contact at the CSC. Distinct management and culturally-specific training is offered, and participants are provided with rotational assignments determined according to individual developmental needs.

Office Professionals Certificate Program
