Manitoba Civil Service Commission

Overview

The Manitoba Civil Service Commission offers a number of internship, development and career assistance programs to both internal and external employees. The objective of these programs is to provide exposure and opportunities for development as we move toward the renewal of the public service.

The programs offered by, or in partnership with, the Civil Service Commission look toward providing leadership development and related opportunities for new and current employees, furthering diversity in the workplace, and promoting a broad perspective among participants through exposure to a variety of business areas in government.

These programs provide distinct training and development opportunities related to the skills and abilities required in today's public service, exposure to a variety of business areas in government, networking opportunities and guidance on career development through mentoring relationships.
