America uses 100 million tons of paper each year, consuming one fourth of all the trees cut down in this country. Almost half of all catalogs sent through the mail are never even opened, contributing to the loss of trees and adding to the ever growing problem at landfills.
In order to better protect our forests and natural habitats, we here at Heirloom Seeds have decided it is no longer environmentally “healthy” sending out a mass mailing of our catalog. We hope you understand our position and join us in our efforts to “go green”
