October 15-16, 2008 in Wilsonville, OR
SPACE REMAINS AVAILABLE FOR THE 2008 Right of Way Statewide Training Conference in the beautiful Willamette Valley city of Wilsonville, at the Holiday Inn.
 The first day of the conference will be devoted to general session, including presentations made by the Oregon Department of Transportation Director's Office, a representative of the Federal Highway Administration, guest speakers from ODOT's Office of Innovative Partnership and Altrnative Funding, and a legal panel. In addition, there will be a report given on the State of the Right of Way Section.
The second day will consist of breakout sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to choose between various topics, including:
- Appraisal
- Negotiation
- FileNet/RAIN
- Title/Closing
- Local Public Agency
- Relocation
- Special programs (Outdoor Sign Program, Quality Assurance/Contracting, Railroad/Utility, Access Research, and Property Management.)

The registration fee is $125 for all non-ODOT Right of Way employees. This is for the full, two-day conference. Register early as space is limited.
