 The Program Support Unit is responsible for acquisition and condemnation processing and title and escrow services. The unit provides support for Federal land acquisitions and jurisdictional transfers. The Program Support Unit provides administration and oversite of the RAIN and PMI database systesm, along with file and general business support functions.
The unit assists in the preparation of deeds, releases, assignments, waivers, and other legal documents as appropriate. The unit also closes acquisitions from the Region offices and makes related payments. The Acquisition and Condemnation Unit assists the Property Management Unit and other state agencies with title related matters.
