TVA Board Calls for Comprehensive Organizational Changes In Response to Independent Kingston Report
The TVA Board today directed TVA management to develop an extensive remediation plan in response to an independent investigation of the Kingston ash spill, various reports by the TVA Inspector General and recommendations by TVA management. Read more.

TVA's Fuel Cost Adjustment
TVA announced that the quarterly fuel cost adjustment will decrease for the third straight quarter for billing periods beginning July 1. This decrease, in addition to reductions on Jan. 1 and April 1, will more than offset the 17-percent FCA increase in October 2008. Read More.

Apply online for construction permits
Obtaining a permit for small shoreline construction projects is now faster thanks to TVA’s new online application process. Smaller projects include shoreline stabilization and items like boat docks and piers.

Training to Begin for Recovery Act Weatherization Program
TVA and the Tennessee Department of Human Services are partnering to provide highly technical training sessions for energy auditors and weatherization contractors due to increased program needs resulting from American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding.
