This Business Facilitation Service (BFS) provides background information on the Singapore firm, including the Singapore government Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)profile and, where available, financial statements for the Singapore company for the last two years. We will also visit the company premises, and where possible check the reputation of the company in the local business community. Our Commercial Specialist responsible for the client's industry sector will then report our opinion to the client by phone during our working hours or by email or fax. We will disclose the US client's name to the Singapore Company unless the client specifically requests that its identity be withheld.
