Welcome to PPC Topeka

PPC Logo - a lighthouse, a sunflower and the Topeka skyline in the background

Congratulations! You're on your way to "the best hometown in the Coast Guard." Our offices are located in the Frank Carlson Federal Building at 444 SE Quincy Street in Topeka, Kansas. Topeka is known for its history, beauty and great family atmosphere.

In 2007 PPC celebrated its 25th anniversary.

PPC's primary mission is to provide pay and personnel services to all Coast Guard active duty, Reserve, Retiree and Annuitant members and to process travel claims for all Coast Guard employees, including civilians and Auxiliary members.

To help ease your transition, the PPC staff has compiled the resources listed on this page. If you have questions about any of the subjects listed, please contact your sponsor or PPC (PERS) at (785) 339-3600.

Free Parking Lot

Description: On SE 2nd St. near the corner of Madison, just before the onramp to I70 West. You can park in this lot at no charge. DO NOT take that as license to park in any other Hallmark lot surrounding their plant, just the lot highlighted in green here.

If you park in this lot you do so at your own risk. Hallmark, like the Coast Guard, cannot be held legally responsible for any damage to your car, or anything else that may happen to you (including personal injuries) or your car while in the parking lot. In other words, by parking in the lot you assume all of the risk for anything that may happen to you or your car. Also be aware that Hallmark does not plow this lot in the winter. So if you use it be prepared to deal with that as well.
