HIV/AIDS Programs: Reporting Requirements

As a condition of their grant awards, Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees are required to report data on clients, services provided, and expenditures. Below are the types of data reports that are currently required.

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Data Report (RDR)

In order to meet funding requirements, service providers funded by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program must complete the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual Data Report (RDR) detailing information on all the clients they served during the course of the calendar year. Get RDR Data Support.

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services Report (RSR)

Beginning January 1, 2009, Ryan White Program grantees and service providers will use a new semiannual data collection and reporting system to report information on their programs and the clients they serve to the HIV/AIDS Bureau. Reports will cover the first half of the calendar year and the full calendar year. Learn more about this reporting requirement.
