AUDIO/VISUAL SERVICES for Faculty and Staff
• DESIGN
The AV design team will gladly design your PowerPoint presentation for NAFRI
courses. We will start with your lesson plan or outline and suggestions
and develop a presentation that you can then make your own. Or we can
design a finished product for you including text, backgrounds, graphics,
and animation/transitions. You will receive a copy of your presentation
(and created artwork and photos) on a CD.
If you prefer to “do it yourself”, we can create a professional
looking PowerPoint background or template for you, to which you can add your
own content. We can provide PowerPoint templates and backgrounds, illustrations,
cartoons, technical drawings, charts and graphs, as well as animations. We
do photo retouching, cropping, photo collage and montage, picture scanning
(up to 8 1/2 x 11"), and slide scanning. We can create and print (in color
or in black and white) handouts, maps, technical illustrations, and covers.
• VIDEO
Video and DVD duplication, digital video editing, and screen captures are also
services available (with some limitations).
• CD DUPLICATION
The AV Department provides CD duplication services.Labels can also be duplicated
or created in color and printed directly on the CDs. Please contact the AV
staff for instructions, availability, and time constraints.
• AUDITORIUM ASSISTANCE
The AV staff will demonstrate the auditorium equipment available at your request.
We are also available to operate the auditorium equipment for you during your
presentation as needed.
• POWERPOINT BACKGROUND CD
A CD with a variety of PowerPoint backgrounds, background sets, templates,
and textures, created by the AV Department designers is available upon request.
