Child support program services are delivered through 52 local child support agencies. The following services are available at no cost to the public:
To apply for services, complete the Application for Child Support Services Packet and return it to the county child support agency in your area. Completed applications must be received by the local child support agency in your area to be processed. Applications are also available on a walk-in basis at local child support agency offices.
Individuals currently receiving CalWORKS are automatically referred to their local child support agency for services. If you are a CalWORKS beneficiary and have questions about your case, please contact your local child support agency.
