DOCLINE -- View Holdings for My Library


Question: How do I view all the holdings for my library?
Answer:

If you have rights to DOCLINE Serial Holding reports, then you will have rights to run the "Holdings by Library" report for your library.

  1. Select Serial Holdings from the DOCLINE main menu.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Click Holdings by Library in the left sidebar.
  4. In the report definition submission area select the desired LIBID.
  5. In Select Report Fields dialog box, hold down the control key and click the fields to add to the required list of data elements. Note: The selected data elements are displayed at the top of the page for your reference.
  6. Click Submit Report.

The report is placed into a queue. Reports are generated every hour and are run in the order they are submitted. The report data is current as of the time that it is run. When the report is ready, a message will display on the Home Page in the Activity and Status area. Once the report is viewed, the message is removed.

To view the report:

  1. Click on the Reports Ready hyperlink in the message area

    OR

    Select Serial Holdings from the DOCLINE main menu.

    Select Reports.

    Click Reports Ready in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the appropriate Report Name hyperlink.
