DOCLINE -- Save the Holdings for My Library in an HTML Format
Question: How do I save all the holdings for my library in an HTML format?
Answer:
When the "Holdings by Library" report has been created, do the following to save the report in an HTML format:
Using Internet Explorer:
- Select Serial Holdings from the DOCLINE main menu.
- Select Reports.
- On the left navigation, select Review Reports.
- Under Completed Reports in the main window, right click on the Report Name hyperlink.
- Select Save Target As.
- Click on the drop-down list for Save As Type and select HTML Document.
- Enter a file name with an html extension. Example: MDUGHI.html
- Click Save.
Using Firefox:
- Select Serial Holdings from the DOCLINE main menu.
- Select Reports.
- On the left navigation, select Review Reports.
- Under Completd Reports in the main window, right click on the Report Name hyperlink.
- Select Save Link As.
- Enter a file name with an html extension. Example: MDUGHI.html
- Click Save.
