DOCLINE -- Save the Holdings for My Library in a MARC 21 Format
Question: How do I save all the holdings for my library in a MARC 21 format?
Answer:
When the "Holdings by Library" report has been created, do the following to save the report in a MARC 21 format:
Using Internet Explorer:
- Select Serial Holdings from the DOCLINE main menu.
- Select Reports.
- On the left navigation, select Review Reports.
- Under Completed Reports in the main window, right click on the appropriate Report Name hyperlink.
- Select Save Target As.
- Enter a file name with with file extension ".bin". Example: "MDUGHI.bin"
- Click Save.
Using Firefox:
- Select Serial Holdings from the DOCLINE main menu.
- Select Reports.
- On the left navigation, select Review Reports.
- Under Completed Reports in the main window, right click on the appropriate Report Name hyperlink.
- Select Save Link As.
- Enter a file name with file extension ".bin". Example: "MDUGHI.bin"
- Click Save.
