The Albuquerque Area Division of Sanitation Facilities Construction (DSFC) office uses
the system to route a series of project documents through a 22 step approval process. Email
notification, document review and approval are all done on-line and files are maintained
electronically. The system also includes a history feature that keeps track of all actions
taken on each of the documents throughout the approval process. This replaces a previously
existing paper based system.
