Florida Division of Blind Services Assistive Technology Information

Assistive technology (AT), adaptive technology and low vision aids are available to assist an individual who is blind or visually impaired. Web site includes descriptions of various types of AT, including Braille writing devices and labelers, Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV), scanners, electronic notetakers, screen enlargement software and screen readers.

Florida Telecommunications Relay Service

Florida Relay is the communications link for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf/Blind or Speech Impaired.

Southeast Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center

Provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
