The EPA manages a number of programs that offer guidance to local governments, businesses and other organizations on managing and conserving their natural resources. The Environmental Monitoring for Public Access and Community Tracking Program brings people up-to-date environmental information that can be implemented in day-to-day life. Other Agency initiatives target water resources, non-point air pollution sources and resource planning for small communities.
