EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) is the point of entry on the Environmental Information Exchange Network (Exchange Network) for environmental data exchanges to the Agency. CDX also provides the capability for submitters to access their data through the use of web services. CDX enables EPA and participating program offices to work with stakeholders - including state, tribal and local governments and regulated industries - to enable streamlined, electronic submission of data via the Internet.
