Compensation
The FHFB offers a pay-for-performance compensation program with competitive salaries. Employees receive an annual merit increase based on their rating of record for their most recent performance period. Appropriate geographic pay differentials are paid in addition to base salary.
Below are the salary structures for the various geographical locations where Finance Board employees are located.
The Finance Board’s performance-based compensation program affords employees the opportunity to be recognized for their exemplary contributions. Under the Awards and Recognition program, employees have the opportunity to receive monetary and non-monetary awards based on their individual contributions to achieving the agency’s mission.
