Nutrition Summit. These resources include the following:

Nutrition Summit Information Resources—A series
of bibliographies prepared by the National Library of Medicine and
hosted at their Web site. These bibliographies include background
information used by participants of the National Nutrition Summit.
National
Nutrition Summit Videocasts—Videos of the 2-day
conference were recorded and are available for viewing on the National
Institutes of Health (NIH) VideoCasting Web site.
Dietary Guidelines for Americans: A Historical
Overview [HTML or PDF]—This publication presented by the USDA's Food and Nutrition
Information Center (FNIC) is a historical compilation of the professional
reviews and commentaries of Dietary Goals and Dietary Guidelines for
Americans published between 1977 and 2002.
