The National Nutrition Summit Information Resources
are a series of bibliographies prepared by the National Library
of Medicine for each session of the National Nutrition Summit.
These bibliographies are hosted on the National Library
of Medicine Web site. These bibliographies include references that
consist of citations from the professional journal and monograph
literature, prominent newspapers, legal materials, and links to
Internet sites. The focus of the literature cited is mostly U.S.
centered with limited citations on world hunger and nutrition issues.
