Trends-at-a-Glance

The Trends-at-a-Glance offers an overview of trend direction measure by measure. Trends shown in green are moving in a favorable direction, while trends shown in red italics are moving in an unfavorable direction. Trends noted as stable or NSC (non-significant change) are not changing significantly. The difference between "stable" and "NSC" is based on statistical computations described in the Methodology for Characterizing Trends appendix.
