of Federal Domestic Assistance - The online Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance gives you access to a database of all federal programs available to state and local governments. After you find the program you want, contact the office that administers the program and find out how to apply.
Federal
Funding Report - House Information Resources (HIR) biweekly newsletter
summarizing recent grants-related announcements appearing in the Federal Register.
Grants
and Contracts on the Web - HIR´s resource page of other Internet sites
for funding sources such as foundations, charities, and corporations. Funding
information includes scholarships, computer donations for schools, and disaster
assistance.
NonProfit
Gateway - Federal government information and services for non-profit organizations.
Grants.gov - Allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than
$400 billion in federal grants. The US
Department of Health and Human Services is the managing partner for
Grants.gov.
Official
Federal Government Web Sites - Develop better grant proposals
by learning more about a department or agency´s programs.

State and Local Gateway - Developed in collaboration with the National
Partnership for Reinventing Government to give state and local governments easy
access to federal government information.
The National Endowment for the Arts -
The National Endowment for the Arts is a federal agency dedicated to supporting excellence in the arts - both new and established, bringing the arts to all Americans, and providing leadership in arts education. Annually, the agency awards more than $100 million in matching grants to non-profit organizations in all 50 States.
