View/Suppress Messages

View Messages Select Main Menu | View Notification Messages to access the View Notification Messages - Outstanding Messages page. A list of notification messages is displayed. Note the following information about the results list: Results are sorted by urgency, then message date/time. The list of notification messages includes only those that you are allowed to view and that you have not suppressed. See below for more information regarding suppressing messages. Select the link on the invention report number to view the selected invention report details. The Modify Invention Report - Invention Report Form page is displayed for the selected invention report. Suppress Messages The iEdison system allows you to suppress a notification message once you have viewed it. Click Suppress Message next to a notification message that you would like to have removed from your list. That notification message will be removed and you will be returned to the View Notification Messages - Outstanding Messages page.     Field Definitions Message Number The message number uniquely identifies the notification message. Message Date/Time The message date & time indicates the date and time the message was generated in the iEdison system. Invention Title Indicates the title of the invention with which the message is associated. Invention Report Number The Invention Report number of the invention for which the message has been generated. Patent Number The patent number of the invention for which the message has been generated. Invention Report Date The Invention Report date of the invention for which the message has been generated. Message The text of the message. Invention Docket Number The docket number of the invention for which the message has been generated.
