FISH-mapped BACs (CCAP)

What are FISH-mapped BACs

CGAP is generating a set of BAC clones (available to the public) that have been mapped cytogenetically by FISH and physically by STSs to the human genome. The BAC data is integrated into various CGAP and NCBI databases to provide related clinical, histopathologic, genetic, and genomic information.

Need help! If this is your first time looking at FISH-mapped BACs and you need help, please visit All About the FISH-mapped BACs. To learn more about this CGAP initiative, see the Cancer Chromosome Aberration Project (CCAP).

Find FISH-mapped BACs by Chromosome:

Select a chromosome to view the chromosome's reference ideogram and an ordered list of FISH-mapped BACs, with links to CGAP and NCBI related databases.

All CCAP BAC clones can be ordered from Open Biosystems.
