U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation

Peace and Prosperity Through Science Collaboration

Events

CRDF hosts events abroad as well as in the United States.  Many of the workshops and seminars held overseas are open to scientists and entrepreneurs by application; for details, see the individual postings below.

Other events bring scientists to the United States to attend and present at international conferences. CRDF occasionally hosts seminars and lectures, primarily in Washington, DC, to discuss nonproliferation and nation-building issues. Other CRDF events seek to engage CRDF grantees and U.S. businesses through networking events in industry-specific areas. Past events have brought together scientists and business professionals to discuss renewable energy, public health and nanotechnology.

The indigenous institutions that CRDF has founded in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Moldova also often join the Foundation to co-host scientific conferences or entrepreneurship workshops.
