The 2nd National Conference for Food Safety Educators, "Thinking Globally--Working Locally: A Conference on Food Safety Education," held in Orlando, Florida, from September 18-20, 2002, is now over. The conference planning committee would like to thank the more than 600 food safety educators from across the U.S. and around the world who attended the conference and all the speakers and presenters who did an outstanding job in creating an information-packed program.
