Image Archive
The Digital NGP (Northern Great Plains) Geospatial Data Archive has one of the largest online collections of satellite imagery freely available in the UMAC region. Through Digital NGP, you can browse and download remotely-sensed data from satellite sensors (MODIS, Landsat, and ASTER), as well as our own airborne sensor, AEROCam. We acquire these image datasets from numerous sources.

DNGP Data Products
You are also able to download satellite-derived products (NDVI, Green NDVI, Change NDVI) from the current season and the entire UMAC Landsat archive (over 400 scenes) covering Montana, Wyoming, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Digital NGP can also be used to explore other geospatial data including highways, rivers, lakes, shaded relief, and census data.

Online DNGP Tutorial
If you are new to using DNGP, you can view online our DNGP Tutorial, which provides step-by-step instructions for acquiring imagery or other products from DNGP.
