Step 1 |
Find a co-op unit that you'd like to buy. |

Step 2 |
Call us, and work with our loan officer to complete a loan
application. |

Step 3 |
NCDF staff will review the application and ask for any
additional information.

Step 4 |
NCDF has a streamlined process for loan approval, and will
do its best to meet your timeline. |
* In order to get a loan through NCDF, the cooperative that you buy into must be one of our approved share loan sites. If the cooperative is not yet an approved share loan site, it can apply for approval.
