The Intellectual Property Practice Group is under the Business Law Section of Office of the General Counsel.  BethLynn Maxwell  is the Practice Group Leader and together with Steven Rosen, they will advise and assist UT System institutions with patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters, including:
