Dredge Material Evaluation
This page provides information on evaluation requirements for material proposed to be dredged in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act Clean Water Act and Marine Preservation, Research and Sanctuaries Act. The program includes all water bodies in the State of Oregon and Columbia River and its tributaries downstream of McNary dam (with the exception of non-port district dredging which is managed by the Seattle District).
