You agree that the NWF graphic and website are protected by copyright and trademark laws and that at no time shall you by virtue of this Agreement obtain or acquire any right or interest in them nor attack NWF’s rights to them.
NWF reserves the right to revise these License Terms or the graphics at any time. NWF may, at any time and for any reason, terminate your license by notifying you at the address on the Registration Form. You agree upon such termination to cease all use of the graphic within 24 hours.
The graphics and NWF's logo are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, and NWF hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or that arise from course of dealing. Your use of the graphics and NWF's logo is at your sole risk, and in no event shall NWF be liable to you under any theory of liability including for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages.
These License Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. The venue for any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
