The personnel data holdings, in particular, are broad in scope and extend back to the early 1970s to cover all Military Services, all components of the Total Force (active duty, guard, Reserve, civilian), and all phases of the personnel life cycle (accession, separation, retirement).

Access: Access to the web site will require a DoD certificate. The certificate is used to verify the authenticity of the web server prior to transmitting information from the web site. Accepting the certificate is a one time process. Once the certificate is accepted, it will provide access to the web site.
